Programme Overview
The apprenticeship programme is designed to offer outstanding training, development, and progression opportunities in Diesel Engineering Services.
Your training will be a combination of on-the-job training with our Director, Colin, and off-the-job learning via online classes and face to face workshops with the Education and Training Board. You will be released from the workplace to participate in the online classes and face-to-face workshops.
Commencing in January 2026 with the academic training taking place in Drogheda, the course runs over a 2-year period including off-the-job release commitments for formal sales education and training. The programme is designed and orientated to school leavers/finishers or existing professionals seeking to progress their skill set and career.

Position Overview
While this is a sales apprenticeship, a main proportion of the training will be office based under the instruction of Colin, our Managing Director, while the certification element will be administered by MSLETB. The new Sales Executives will be part of our existing sales team and the strategy will be to help them to develop new clients. Peter will work with you to help you implement best sales practices and apply your ongoing learnings.

· Achieve an academic qualification.
· Make money in the process
Responsibilities
· Be accountable for winning new clients
· Provide sales support to the sales division
· Assist in the roll out marketing campaigns
Entry Requirements to the Apprenticeship Programme
· Aged 18 or over
· Must have Grade O6/H7 or above in 5 Leaving Certificate subjects (including Maths F2/06/H7 along with English or Irish 06/H7)
· If you do not have a Leaving Certificate you must have a full QQI Level 5 or higher qualification.
· International applicants must present the equivalent of a full Level 5 qualification or higher
· Mature applicants aged 21 years and over without a Level 5 qualification but has relevant experience will also be considered following an interview and submission of supporting documentation.
· Candidates must hold a valid, full clean driving licence
